Lene Balleby said the baby will be born before noon (DK time), maybe it's already there?

It's almost 9:30 am in Copenhagen right now so not much longer then  Thumb up
Lene knows something we don't.   I agree with Elissa that the baby is maybe already here. But two and half hours to go isn't that bad, compared to the weeks before.

ITA   I kept checking the DRF website for the announcement

Elissa!  You are the bearer of good news! Supercontent
It is very exciting; especially for Denmark.
Marie and Joachim's new daughter weighed under 3000 grams so she was not too big.
And born over an hour ago.

Congratulations Champagne Marie and Joachim.

Now we wait 4 months to find out the new princess' name. Just curious,is this something most families do in Denmark or just the DRF?

Jokke is now live on TV speaking about the birth:

They knew "for a while" it was a girl, she is "healthy and shapely" although it's too early to say who she looks like the most  Grin

Oh, my gosh - 'shapely' is a strange way to describe a wee baby girl!
Joachim is perhaps suffering from lack of sleep.

Glad to hear that all is well with mother and child.

Maybe that's why Mare has looked so sour lately. She knew a better looking princess was on it's way  Jumping
