I remember reading that a psychic said Joachim would have a daughter and it would not be with Alex.
And also said he would have a daughter with a foreign born woman- so it's OK now I can't remember if that was the story where this psychic reading was done and came to that conclusion just before the wedding to Alex, but BT or one of them decided not to publish it because they thought it would be too upsetting for people. Then it came out just after the separation announcement or the actual official divorce filing or something. Does that ring a bell to anyone. I'm getting old, memory is lapsing

I would respect them so much if they left the hospital right away, but I doubt that will happen.
I personally think it is much better for the mother and the baby if they can stay at least a day or two. Why should Marie take a less healthy alternative for herself and her baby just to prove a point? Because if every other mother in Denmark is forced into taking the "less healthy alternative" then why shouldn't she be? Or any royal for that matter. If it really is less healthy, then it shouldn't be done. But if it has to be done for some, then it should be done for all. EXACTLY!

I wonder what stunt Mary will pull when visiting the hospital soon. A complete and utter OCD attack...it will be so bad that they wonīt let her carry the infant. Hairflipping with the speed of light can be fatal.

"She isnīt wearing ANYTHING", said a young child
The empress shuddered, for she knew that they were right, but she thought, "The procession must go on!" She carried herself even more proudly, and the chamberlains walked along behind carrying the train that wasn't there.

Now we wait 4 months to find out the new princess' name. Just curious,is this something most families do in Denmark or just the DRF?
Since most babies are baptized, children are not officially named in that sense until the christening. But most people do communicate the name at the birth. If you translate directly, until the christening, people ask in Danish "what shall the baby be named" (hvad skal barnet hedde) and not "what is the baby's name". The only people I know other than royals who don't communicate the name before the christening, are people who can't decide on the name. I know a couple of people who have been in that situation believe it or not! Maybe there are some Indre Mission people who still do it old school, what do I know because I don't have any close family members who belong to that sect. By law the baby has to have a name by 3 months. We travelled outside of EU before our daughter was 3 months and where we were going, she needed her own passport, so we had to name her officially when she was only a month old. The church registrar looked at us like we were from another planet when we came in to name her so early when we were anyway planning on christening her later Thank you Thrilla ! Very interesting to discover our old Europe !

Congratulations, Marie & Jokke. I was hoping for a girl. Can't wait to see photos! Lucky girl, too. Born the first day of the Year of the Dragon! Very auspicious!! And even more - a Water Dragon! They only occur every 60 years apparently! They thrive near water. So Freddles will have a niece he can relate to! Perhaps she will help mend the relationship with Jokke and Marie .... A Dragon water ! I was sure ! This morning at 2 a.m., I felt Marie's labor started but I was too sleepy to come to tell you. "So Freddles will have a niece he can relate to! Perhaps she will help mend the relationship with Jokke and Marie ...." Could you explain, please?

I'm predicting an April christening, It will probably overshadow Isabella's 5th birthday. Mary will be spitting nails. She's so hard up when it comes to the focus on Marie. Remember the looks recently on the balcony?
When Mary has her 40th birthday in February, it will pass quickly into Marie's 36th birthday. The news will make the endless comparison on their age and similarities and probably focus on Marie and the new princess with speculations on the upcoming christening.
Mary will hate it all - not at the center of her fantasy universe.

I hate to ever say anything bad about any child, but dang, you are right. Those are ugly babies ... especially Josie.
