She seems to be happy with her body. She was thin lady but gained kilos after babies. Maybe she tried some diets but realized that it's not-worthy. I prefer happy round MT than sour thin princess. As long as it doesn't cause health problems I don't care.

If MT is truly happy with herself as she is then that's wonderful. I don't think she has to be thin to be a good person, its just that many times to me she looks self conscious or uncomfortable. Her official photos are photoshopped to shave pounds off and that doesn't strike me as being happy with her body. With all of that it does shock me that she doesn't lose the weight with all the tools she has at her disposal. Her kids are grown and she's a grandma so I don't think she can use baby weight as an excuse, lol.
She's still a beautiful woman and has a lovely family, minus the creepy oldest son. I would hate to be a high profile woman and have to deal with weight issues.

If she could just project some confidence and stop looking like she's in pain, I think she'd be one of the most beautiful royals in the modern era. Her face and skin are gorgeous.
