As for Kelly, I just read that she's a Portugues immigrant. That explains her coloring. I also read it in Washington Post that she and her doctor husband (another doctor's wife) racked up debts and defaulted on several laons. It makes me wonder why she spent so much to put on all the luxury parties for generals at the Central Command. It also says she's a go-between for the U.S. and Lebanese. Why would a housewife in Florida get involved in international diplomacy? It's curiouser and curiouser. it seems that she's a daughter of lebanese immigrants. some pics of holly petraeus in the article linked below. http://www.dailymail.co.u...an-humble-beginnings.html

I really feel for his wife. She's not a traditionally beauty by any means but from what I've read she has been a very respectable spouse of a general & CIA Director. No one deserves this but for her, who stood by her husband while he was in Afghanistan, it somehow seems worse. And Ms Yellow Dress, I wouldn't call her ugly but IMO she looks a bit harsh. All dark hair & heavy black eyeliner.
I'm not that impressed either. But then obviously i'm not a man and she might have that something special that women miss, but makes guys go wild. Like Wallis Warfield, Duchess of Windsor.

I'm positive that earlier this year, there was a murmur in the press about the true nature of Broadwell's relationship with Petraeus. I've searched high and low but couldn't find a record of that Is it just me, or does anyone else think Jill Kelly might be a secret Kardashian?

Well Kadashian is Persian, not Lebanese.
Does anyone think Broadwell looks like a young Daniel Steel, the famous romance novelist? The eyes, the face shape, the hair style...etc.

I just pulled up a few more pictures of Ms Kelley (because I realize that anyone can take a bad pic) & I've come to the conclusion that she looks better in darker colors. The yellow dress & hot pink dress I found in another pic aren't doing their best for her body. This entire thing is a frickin mess. Broadwell better have been the best 'time' Petraeus ever had because this situation is going to end up costing him a fortune (& I'm not just talking monetary).

If anyone is interested, here is a pic of Broadwell w/her husband Poor guy. He probably doesn't even know what hit him right now. BTW does anyone here thinks he bears a vague resemblance to "Thorne" on the soap "The Bold and The Beautiful?" Not as hot as Thorne, but still. Thanks whimsicalwriter.

Yes, she reminds me of Daniel Steel. This whole mess could be a plot from one of her books. Also agree with other posters that the affair could be a cover up for something bigger. Maybe we were invaded by aliens and the government is distracting us with the usual sex sells best in the media, Just kidding about the invasion. But in my mind nothing in DC can beat the Bill and Monica show. Now that was male stupidity and abuse of power at is best.

well, well, well. general, allen, in charge of the nato forces in afghanistan, is now under investigation, for "inappropriate email exchange" with jill kelley... that probably explains why mrs. kelly hired a high profile lawyer and PR agent, when she was initially just a "victim" in the petraeus affair case. http://gawker.com/5960042...e-emails-with-jill-kelleyand an fbi agent got a bit obsessed with the case and alledgedly send his half naked (upper body) pic to jill kelley. (seems that that fbi agent was the guy kelley turned to to investigate broadwell ) http://gawker.com/Mrs. Kelley sounds like a military groupie. Apparently, she also likes to make up titles for herself to make her sound important. When she called the police to complain about the media hanging around the front of her house, she tried to get diplomatic protection. She mentioned that she's an "honorary consul general" and a "social liason". Here's the link to the article about her call to the police: http://www.nydailynews.co...tection-article-1.1201783 She has also now been banned from MacDill Air Force Base because of her involvement in the investigation.

So glad to see you girls are all up on this mess! I have really become intrigued by it all in the last week or so - and what the hell was up with the topless FBI agent? I mean you can't WRITE stuff this hilarious. What I want to happen in 6 months is for Holly Petraeus to drop 60 lbs, get a fantastic new hair do and new wardrobe, divorce his weasly ass, and rise above all this with class and distinction. Shes got the last part down already, girlfriend can easily enough do the first parts. Boston Globe had interesting articles yesterday about Broadwell and how she wasn't really considered some great scholar at Harvard. http://www.bostonglobe.co...RZiGpaUmsEfZ3O/story.htmlThis whole saga is a case study in how powerful men are attractive to women, regardless of looks.

I for one am sick and tired of these countless affairs. Tehse politicos marry these wonderful, accomplished women and then start rutting around like animals in heat with all these tarts, who for some reason (since Marilyn) think that the politico is going ot divorce and then marry them. I am sick of it being glorified and these women being seen as victims. It's been fairly obvious that politicos wtih White House aspirations are never going to leave their wives for anyone, not anyone. I am also tired of seeing in thrown in my face. As for the men, they are complete idiots to think that the women are magically going to go away and not mouth off ot the media. I am sick of them the npretending ot be penitent and humble and act as if they've seen the error of their ways and putting their wives through so much humiliation and shame. It's a slap in the face to wives to dedicate themselves endlessly to their husbands and end up humiliating their kids. I don't know how on earth Chelsea Clinton got through MonicaGate. Boston Globe had interesting articles yesterday about Broadwell and how she wasn't really considered some great scholar at Harvard. Harvard is pretty much a joke right now, with how it bends over backwards for celebrities and 'names' rather than ability.

Such a pity that bedroom gymnastics isn't an Olympic event; Kate would have been a gold medalist of several years standing.
