I found this nice collection of pictures of Marges birthday on the DRF official website:

You could realy see that something happened to Freddles when he was a teenager. He gave some hints in interviews about feeling depressed and thinking about suicide as a youngster. But you could realy see a tragic development in his face. There is and was a lot going on behind closed doors.

Secondly you could also see that there is no real connection between Marge, the Dame and their kids. I bet, if she didn't need a heir and a spare they would have been happy without kids...

Goodness, the picture from 1986 is tragic.  He looks SO SAD.  Not sure what happened in 1990.  He looks the most animated I've seen him.

Since then, down he goes....

The video of the balcony this year was funny.
So sweet to see little Vincent practise his royal wave. Jumping

Well, I'm thinking from 1982 and into 1984 there must have been one heck of a struggle between Fred and Daisy over the royal scissors.  Poor guy, I would be depressed too if I had to show up on the balcony in that haircut at any age beyond 3 years old.

It's not like me looking back at my class pictures when my Mum cut my fringe too short.  This man is going to be King for Pete's sake.  Those pictures will follow him for the rest of his life.  They will be all over the place for his coronation, anniversaries of his coronation, etc. etc. Sad

Also, IMO, Henrik looks a lot like his father did as a little one.
