Yet every time she bobbed down to talk to one of the youngsters, her face was completely obliterated by a cascade of dark curls. She would flick it out of the way, fondle and fiddle with it and I lost count of the number of times she had to tuck it behind her ear. At one point she looked like Cousin It from the Addams Family — all hair, no person. It was so distracting.

I like Kate's long hair but it could stand to lose maybe 3ish inches. Different styling would be nice because she wears it the same all the time. I'm sick of the tight sausage curls more than the length.

But I thought Prince William's 'grey men' had barred Amanda Platell from saying anything negative about Kate?  Obviously the Palace have less pull with the press that was previously thought.

I don't understand the comparison with Mary.  I know Amanda is Australian, but she must know that 99.9% of the British population have no idea who Mary is.

I love this articel, it made my day. 

At the palace they should start thinking why everybody just talks about her looks, clothes and so on...Nobody says anything about her work, charities. Oh, yes, I forgot, she just "works" on rare ocassions...

This will be a big mess as soon as she is forced to "work" fulltime as a royal because she has nothing much to offer except her looks. It will just be bad for the BRF because I predict Harry to find a wife who kicks ass... This will be fun to watch.

Thanks. It is a bit flat in my pic - if she cut her hair in real life, it would gain more volume on the top. Too hard to photoshop that realistically.
