"They (the consumer) can only be conscious if they have information."

No sh*t, Sherlock.  Roll Eyes

Alot of her answers have little substance and she's very repetitive. How many times did she say "conscious, choice, innovative, sustainable" etc in that 2 minute slot?

Mary's CNN interview  Laughing She reminds me of a someone at work ; who just packs as many words she knows and puts them in a sentence while completely ignoring the questions.A sane person knows to leave it at that.

She says 'appoach' instead of 'approach'  Crap

And again a H&M Conscious piece -she's so obviously desperately trying to make a statement

Yeah. She's trying to say she can do cheap fashion like Vicki and Leti. But even then, she can't do cheap DANISH fashion.
I really think she wants to say "Up yours" to Danes.

Tanja does not look pleased here

From what I can see of Tanja's dress, she's the fashionable one. Modern, young, clean style especially with the simple, long pony tail.
While Mary looks like a mumsy mess. Trying too hard.

Oh, Barf! There's a part where she's asked about Danish fashion, and she responds as if she's an authority on the subject though she isn't wearing a single piece of Danish anything. And we know she rarely wears Danish. Ever.

Even though we know it's mostly bullshit due to us seeing how lavishly they live their lives, with no regard for the environment, I have to say that this CNN interview is Yrma speaking very lucidly on this topic.  It's rather surprising because she's really been a poor speech giver lately, whether it be in Danish or English.

And this outfit is one of the most butt-ugly outfits she's put together in awhile!!!  And everyone who's said it is right...she chose to wear THIS to a fashion summit?Huh? Yikes Crazy Nerves

true, joysee, but you know what?  To me it sounds like she repeated parts of her official speech in that interview.

She took all the major bullet points and added her own stuff.

BTW, good to see you posting, sweetie  Hug Star

The second look with the drapey top & full floral skirt is definitely too much. Even my 11YO would know not to do that. The black lacy top she has might work with that skirt. I'd probably do skinny black pants & boots with the top.

I was thinking the same thing-that top would look great with pants.  It looks terrible with that skirt

Ok, I'll give credit where credit is due. She actually looks pretty in this picture. The fit of the top isn't great and the skirt is fugly but from the shoulders up the old girl looks pretty good. Its amazing what pulling her hair off her face and adding a bit of volume will do, she looks her age instead of 10 to 15 years older. Its time for her to get a haircut because the long Kate hair isn't doing any favors.

Er, dear, it's photoshopped. Look at the neck.

Since when has clothes from H&M been "consciously designed and produced" Huh? As far as I know, it is cheap copies of expensive
designs, produced by cheap labour in some of the worlds most poor countries. T

I guess that's also some kind of conscious choice... Thinking

Look, isnt this just yet another example of Mosh not knowing what she's talking about but still trying to sound cool. Id wish someone would tell her to stop doing Fake it till you make it and actually start working for it.

Conscious choice in that Madame doesn't give a sh*t, yes.  Beer

It's not hard to be prepared.  To say something intelligent.  She did a law degree for crying out loud.  That she is so inane is an insult.

I can't believe that Marge is not stepping in. If that was my DIL, I (and I have no clue about fashious) would surely

(1) Make sure she wears a Danish designer for the occasion (produced in Denmark!) - and something more "classy" than H&M
(2) Give her a briefing that she knows what she is talking about.
