Who is the lady that Charlene is talking to? Is this an assistant?

i read on another board her name is Zahia Dehar, she's a former child prostitute who was at the heart of a sex scandal that rocked France.

Zahia is said to have slept with 4 major french football players, as an underage prostitute including Frank Ribery.He is married with 3 kids, and claims when being investigated by M6 for being involved the prostitution ring, not to have known her age.

Like how Sophie looks. Like the top of her dress and hair, but not the bottom. Nice to see some of the British royals out of the UK, mingling with other royals. They seem so isolated, except for state events or visits. Sophie and Edward seem the only ones to attend weddings even.

Charlene needs to stop with the proceedures. I can't believe anyone would tell her that it looks good, or is a good idea.

i really like her style at this event, the dress is pretty and the color looks beautiful on her, shoes and bag match well with it
her make-up suits her a lot imo, and her earrings are amazing, the only thing i find average is the hairdo, not fun of the front
about her face, it appears puffy, pregnancy or some treatment?  , her lipps seems less swelled but by profil looks  
the other guests: sophie looks adorable, and her dress very chic, duchess of castro outfit is bad, and her face expression is hilarious

Anyway the dress is nice just not on her.  It doesn't suit her figure.  Love her new haircut.
