PeDe, thanks for the articles. Are they British or Danish articles? Fashion Queen Carmen Lomana wrote yesterday on Twitter that Carinna have lived in a mansion in the royal enclave outside of Madrid, Palacio de la Zarzuela. Is this wonky Google translation? Corinna has lived in La Zarzuela?! If I were Sofia, I would move out and refuse any public appearances with Juan Carlos if that's the case. Yes, good for Sofia to cancel all celebrations. It's one thing to live separate lives. It's quite another to be publicly humilated. No, Corinna lives in the town of El Pardo, very close to Zarzuela. I thought there was no celebration planned even before the elephant trip.

good for sofia i'm glad she's not pretending anymore and it's more humiliation for him. i cannot imagine the sadness and crap she's had to put up with, now she can be done with it and hopefully, move on to some joy and happiness. him i hope the next time he falls, he can't get up JMO (that's a commercial in the states BTW) so the matress is in Moronco, the gold digger capitol of the world i remember the non dynamic duo sitting with some royals at the olympics, was it the SPR? i seem to remember the pic didn't have a happy aura, i chalked it up to having to deal with trashlene, maybe it was something more so marge is a lusty old mare, i think i like her more now

Where are these articles from, PeDe? Are they from reliable sources? The first article says the SRF spokesman confirmed there won't be a celebration, but maybe a celebration was never planned? A spokesman for the Spanish royal palace, Rafael Sorrento, according to Welt Online confirms that there will be no public festivities to mark the golden wedding. A planned stamp with gold bridal motif has also been dropped.
I hope this is a bad Google translation Don Juan Carlos has been known to leave the palaces on the motorcycle, in buff and with downcast helmet to visit more than 1500 mistresses.

If JC and Sofia divorce, there is no law that says JC can't marry Corinna. Whether the public/press likes Corinna or not, it probably doesn't matter to her. She likes to wear designer clothes, jewels, walk on the red carpet, be the first lady of Spain, who cares about the public adores her or not.

It would be nice for JC to at least acknowledge privately and publicly Sofia's commitment to her family and her adopted nation. Their relationship has obviously changed, but a sincere recognition from him would be a nice gesture.

I don't think Sofia looks sad is because of JC and his mistress. She was most angry the Monday she came back from Greece and she was still all smiles. I think she is sad because she knows now Inaki is guilty and Cristina too who only escapes for now because of her Daddy.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us Peeds This is truly sad that they can't celebrate such a milestone year in their marriage but what the hell...only one person is in the marriage!! JC is a dawg, and I'm very proud of Sophia for having the spine to say enough is enough.

First, the Church won't approve of it. Second, if he does that, I think Spain will become a republic. JC can't be that foolish, can he? Now I think F&L like working together because they are determined not to follow JC and Sofia's path.

The marriage has been a sham for 40 out of the 50 years. She will not divorce him as she is too fond of the title and position. Which one of these women is the goldigger

Which one of these women is the goldigger Well, I don't think JC will divorce Sofia either. He's too fond of his title and position. He would surely be booted off the throne if he divorces Sofia. The Spaniards are far less patient with their RF than the Brits or the Danes. I've read that when the kids were small, Sofia packed them all in a car and headed for the airport after she discovered JC's latest dalliance. They were quickly followed by palace officials who retrieved them and brought them back to the palace. I think that was before JC became king. JC knew that he needed Sofia and the picture of the perfect royal family to be able to restore the monarchy in Spain.

She, on the other hand, gets HER title by virtue of the fact that she is married to HIM.
