IMRIC it was after they split that he went on the pull and alot of the tabloids used it against him, which with hindsight I found quite unfair.
Thing is, nobody knew the order of events back then. Everybody thought that Jokke was a drinking cheat, and Alexandra got all the sympathy. It must have been a rough time for Jokke! ITA especially as it was Alex who had the new relationship first and one which may have started while she was still married. |

I don't believe that I have seen any pictures which would lead me to think that the marriage of Marie and Joachim is in 'crisis'.
Have there been any reports of Joachim cheating or drinking too much etc.
Has he been behaving like he did when he stopped being committed to Alexandra?Are there reports/rumours in Denmark??
They seemed fine at the Christening - though Joachim did not hold Athena at all.
Marie seemed completely besotted with her daughter. Is Joachim feeling left out?? If so he needs to grow up, build a bridge and get over it.
what did he do? (all i can remember is that, except for alex' photoshoot with kids but sans husband, they gave the image of the perfect married couple) I honestly can't remember if it was before or after their seperation but he toured the bars of Jylland getting very drunk and hitting on young blondes  thanks maria. i actually remember that but i would have put that after the separation announcement. not sure though. elissa,   . they hit on blondes but marry brunettes. |

I don't really see Marie having an affair. She must know what she got into with Jokke and must know what went wrong with him and Alex ( at least his version). Inasmuch as we can surmise anything from photos and public appearances they both look happy to me.

I can imagine that Jokke is very jealous and I can well imagine that he is a nervous wreck whenever Marie has an even on her ownt, because there will be lots of PHOTOGRAPHERS!  Must be kinda traumatic to him, and maybe that is the reason why Marie does not do that much work outside of Schackenborg. |

It was after the split was announced that these incidents appeared. And you are right, it was presented as if he had already been doing that before the marriage ended when there had been no evidence that was the case. |
