Leti seems to get caught up in clothing fads from time to time. Remember when all she wore were those "mouser" shoes with the extra thick soles? We commented on them for what seems like a good year or so, then they disappeared. Now she's in a slacks rut and very rarely ever appears in public in anything else. I guess we just need to wait her out and eventually she'll put on a skirt.

If I were in this position I'd wear pants all the time. There's no chance anyone can get a photo up your skirt, you don't have to worry about flashing the audience, and no one's gonna enlarge a photo and complain you didn't shave your legs that day.

Felipe had paid tribute to Carlos Fuentes who suddenly died yesterday.
Carlos Fuentes is one of Leti's favorite writers. She got a chance to interview him for an Austrian newspaper in 1993.

That's pretty impressive. Leti would've been in her early 20's and just starting her journalism career and she scored an interview with a famous writer.

She was 20, a summer intern at la Nueva Espana (Austrian newspaper).

The event was in Madrid (no helicopter ride), indoor. Leti should go shopping. A nice black pencil skirt is only 19.95 Euros from Zara.

I remember the blouse!
Pants doesn't match though, sometimes I wonder if she dresses in the dark.
