I think we need a thread for Estelle's christening gifts.

Marge brought an embroidered doily of her own design.  Unfortunately, it reeked so badly of cigarette smoke and was stained so badly with nicotine that Daniel threw it in the lake at Haga where it promptly killed all the fish.

Mange and Feckless brought a box of monogrammed Huggies, monogrammed with their deer antlers monogram.  Someone gave it to them when the twins were born (they can't remember who and can't be bothered to look it up), but the nannies won't use them because the monograms are printed with ink that causes diaper rash.  There's only one missing in the box but perhaps Vik and Daniel won't notice.  (Actually, the box will probably end up in the lake at Haga with the doily, but the fish are already dead so no one will notice that either) ...

Mathilde and Philippe brought that lovely bookshelf.  Mathilde called Vik several months ago to find out appropriate titles for the collection.

Max and Wax brought ... ?

So is what you're implying is that 'there is much rotten in Denmark?'   (no offense to the Danes, it's part of my heritage too  Angel)

I'm sorry, Odette.  I meant no offense to Danes.  I was just trying to start a fun (and funny) thread and Marge, Mange, and Feckless are what came to mind.  Of course later I remembered that Sofia (her of the flying squirrel dress and the perpetual grin with filed teeth) gave Estelle a year's worth of "the royal treatment" yoga at "Auntie Sofia's Yoga Parlour" ...

And yes, Daniel pitched that too.  Haga Lake is getting full ...
