As photos posted by others show she seemed perfectly alert and perky during some of the events yesterday.. Poor show on both their parts for looking bored at the church event (Felipe seems the same too).

The "fun" concert was a Manos Unidas one.  Manos Unidas is part of Oxfam.

Letizia and Felipe are coping with most of the SRF agenda in Spain atm.  JC has important business in Latin America - and that's all the royal family can deal with delegations - national and international.

That was a normal look during long speeches, maybe a bit tired,  not that much different from others. It's better than looking around seeking for cameras with a fake smile  Wink.

About Letizia's religious beliefs, that's something so private we really have no idea. But she's clearly "embraced" all the religious responsibilities, her daughters made the sign of the cross before the altar in Easter in Mallorca and both have been attending mass since they were born.
Thumb up I agree. Whatever Letizia beliefs are we're likely to never know. I do believe though that those can evolve over time.

Indeed.  Thumb up

I've no idea what her personal religious beliefs are but she is always respectful when attending church, has never left early or halfway through a service etc.

Little Sesma captivates Letizia
THE PRINCES WERE PHOTOGRAPHED WITH A CHILD OF FIVE MONTHS, SON OF A FRIEND OF ANTONIO LÓPEZ (winner of the Prince of Viana)

UNAWARE of the reality around him, seeing only that they were interrupting his lunch hour, the small Yannick Sesma Sesma, a blond five months old baby who behaved very well, yesterday uncorked the ties of a ceremony, the Prince of Viana Prize, corseted in the solemnity and protocol of the royal household.

The boy, son of the painter from Corella Sesma Albert Lopez, 36, and his wife, Patricia Sesma Gil, allowed a more light-hearted story of the event. The couple went in person to congratulate the winner of the Prince of Viana Award, Antonio Lopez, whom Corella met several years working in Madrid and established a beautiful friendship.

The Sesma family waited in a corridor of the monastery to congratulate Lopez and the wife, Patricia, attentive to her child, sat down to nurse. At that time, they found themselves face to face with Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia who made an unexpected stop on the way. Their Royal Highnesses were leaving the building but the princess, noticing the presence of small Yannick, approached the couple and grabbed the boy in her arms in a gesture of mother-hen. She pampered him, cradled him and even posed for a private photo with Felipe and the couple's son, after a cordial dialogue was initiated between them.

About the private concert, Lettuce seems to like pop music and shows no sophistication with the Arts, unlike Sophe and Lady Di.  (Lady Di had liked classical music as well as pop.)

She's been photographed on many occasions visiting art galleries, the ballet, classical concerts, is a well-known bookworm, performed ballet for much of her childhood etc.

Lady Di was bored by classical music and opera which Charles adored. Charles, on the other hand, hated rock music and always looked uncomfortable the few times he had to attend a concert with Diana. C&D were incompatible on many levels.

Leti did go to art galleries, ballets. She went to bullfighting as official events (bullfighting is part of Spanish culture), sometimes she went to art galleries, ballets as personal interests.

Leti is also very into literature and books. Diana read romance novels, which is why Charles's friends called her an "air head".

If you want to pick on a princess who's not into culture, you need to look north, coughScandinaviacough.
