She looks a lot happier here than usual! A sports-related event, she gets to interact with children and Albert isn't around. She seems to genuinely enjoy herself at this kind of appointment. Who knows, she may yet find her footing if they just let her build on this kind of stuff instead of constantly shoving her into areas where she's visibly out of her depth. In time, she'd surely become confident enough to handle a wider assortment of duties.
(Slightly OT: I don't see a baby bump, and that t-shirt is really tight...)

I am usually not a big fan of her, but I think she was 100% spot on in this engagement. Kids in combination with sports work for her very well. She was well dressed and she had no problem to pose in the ill-fitted shirt they most likely presented her with. She seems way happier and she works a lot lately. Presumably she has new PR people that try and get the best out of her. It seems that way, anway. Compared to her strange appearances last year it is a big improvement. So there might be hope!  |
