Leonor looked beautiful in her white dress, too bad no clear pictures. I love the picture of Telma hugging her mom. Telma will move to New York with her hubby and daughter Amanda this fall, she probably won't see her family as much as when he lived in Barcelona.

I like that photo of Thelma and her mother, too. Letizia and Felipe look very relaxed and happy and their affection looks natural. Felipe seems at ease with his in-laws, which is great to see.

I wonder why Erika's daughter was not there. I hope they get to have a relationship with her, it's so important for the child to keep some links with her mother's family.

Maybe Carla was not photographed, there are only a couple of pics without royals and they're Telma and her mother, Telma and her husband, Telma and her grandfather...There's only a photo of Amanda in three magazines. 

It's lovely that their grandparents travelled to Italy for the wedding. Although it does seem very invasive looking at the photos.

At first I also thought she could be Amanda but Semana (the links posted on the first page), says it's Leonor, she looks like Leonor and is wearing the same cap and t-shirt Leonor wears in other photos.

I'm baaaaack from vacation. Thanks for all the wonderful photos. The warm and loving interaction between F&L and their girls is lovely to see. But Jamie needs to find out who leaked the photos and not invite that person in the future. It's supposed to be a private occasion and he, as the host, should ensure that.

Leti looks smashing in that new gold dress. Too bad the photo is grainy. I wonder whether she'll wear it in other occassions in the future. It's a short dress. Leo looks really pretty in the white dress too. I hope we can see her in it in another occassion. That's the first photo of Leo crying I remember seeing. She's so composed for such a young child. She seems to like twicking her dad's nose.  

Felipe seems to have gained some weight. Lucky for him. His wife seems still to have the hot for him.

As the wedding was so private to (unsuccessfully) avoid paparazzi, Telma and her new husband have invited their families to Italy for the celebration of their wedding. It was in a seaside hotel near Rome, La Posta Vecchia, and it was a few days ago. It seems a member of the Del Burgo family let it slip and there are photos in Hola, Semana, Diez Minutos, Lecturas...

How does a member of the private Del Burgo family "let it slip". I'm a private citizen. For me to "let it slip" about a celebrity event, I'd have to call a tabloid and proactively do it. No one would call me to ask. The press didn't know about this event, so they wouldn't have been robo-calling the Del Burgos for information about it.

I hope the Del Burgos aren't fame whores. That's the last thing Telma needs.

The wedding date 7/7 was leaked 2 months ago, I think it was because of being inexperienced of someone from the Del Burgos. After T&J's religious wedding in May, people almost forgot about the Italian celebration in July.

Jaime del Burgo is an old friend of Letizia's. He attended her wedding to Felipe back in 2004.

I guess it depends on which piece of gossip you heard, some claim he's Letizia's ex.  Either way he seems to have been a friend of Letizia's pre-marriage.

I think the quick and private wedding in Navarre was a decoy and this was supposed to be the "wedding" from the beginning. After someone let it slip (as you said this date had been published months ago) they organised the wedding in Leyre to sidetrack the paparazzi and gossip journalists.

Jaime del Burgo was a good friend of Letizia before her wedding, he was not only invited to their wedding, he was one of Letizia's witnesses.

Letizia's story is not Cinderella's, she met Felipe and was good friends with people like Jaime del Burgo because she moved among those people. Felipe didn't "rescue" her from a "middle class" life, she would have probably married someone like del Burgo anyway.
