Aw, thank you Odette, that is so sweet of you.   Hug

We've had a few earthquakes lately, none causing any damage but they do unsettle your nerves for a little while.

I didn't feel this one, which occurred yesterday afternoon, and we probably escaped harm because it was out to sea.  If it had been right under my city, it would have caused some minor damage.  Probably no loss of life.

Thanks again for thinking of us  Halo

You're welcome Seenit; I can relate to that unsettling feeling as I am in Northern California.   Champagne  Has Diamond Lil checked in?  Hope so soon.

I'm sure the other NZ dishers are ok, because this earthquake has not been in the news at all.  I checked our geological agency website and they reported that it was well off the coast.  Usually if an earthquake is felt by people, there is a small item on the news websites saying where, how strong, and how deep it was.  If there was any property damage or risk to people then it would be the lead news story for at least a day.

Hi Odette!   Smiley

You're very sweet.  I'm fine, thanks.   Hug

I actually hadn't heard about the earthquake yesterday, Odette.  They're becoming so common they don't make the news unless there's some damage.
