I wish that there were more photos of HM, Anne, Eugenie.  Roll Eyes I think the dress would have been better without the flower details on the sleeves.

It really grates on me that at an event hosted by the Queen for medal winning Olympians who dedicate their lives to sport, Kate Middleton is the focus.

I still think the fact that she isn't holding a glass of wine/champers is a giveaway.

Zara was there. I adore her. She was at the Children In Need event and did the Gangham Style. For that, she rocks. She helped introduce the athletes to the Queen. She was a double medallist during the Olympics, so it's fitting that she be there.

As far as Kate's dress, I dislike it. I'm convinced she's pregnant. That dress is busy with all the elements like the bell sleeves, the bow on the waist, the sheer top, the showing slip, the pink floral embroidery, etc. What better way to distract the attention from your belly than by wearing a hideous dress that looks like nothing you have ever worn before? She has been around the senior royals and been in the family for almost two years, so there's no excuse for that dress at all. I'm just upset that the Daily Mail and all other media outlets are more concerned with what she was wearing than the real reason for the event: the medallists. Those men and women worked hard for those honours, and for Kate to be the focus of the articles isn't cool at all. Inviting her was a questionable decision. They had of several members of the royal family on hand to handle it.

"I think the Duchess of Cambridge is a regressive figure. Kate did a great job marrying up, but bagging a rich man is now seen by many as a serious career move, which can't be right. What happened to having a fulfilling job & your own money? I can't stand educated women who don't work." Wendy Holden

I agree. Team GB had a very successful medal haul and the press chooses to focus on Kate??? Crazy

It's the men's coxless 4 rowing team - they've been really successful.

Left to right: Andrew Triggs-Hodge, Peter Reed, Alex Gregory and Tom James.

Peter Reed is an officer in the Royal Navy, he's very handsome  Blush

She looks like such a groupie.

Her face looks a bit chubbier though, but it might be because she's cut her hair - I need to see a side view to make sure there is no bun in that oven.

She is missing her usual glass of wine/champers  Thinking

And you were right. There was a "fresh bun" in the oven!
