Has she obtained a 'graduate' role anywhere as yet?  I agree that, if she just finished her university degree in the last few months, she might not have started a job as yet.  She's nowhere near Waity standards of comatose inertia. Yet.

Having said that, she doesn't need to work.  She has a wealthy family and, like many (not all before someone barrages me with evidence of notable exceptions) from that social class, they don't work. They socialise. They ski.  They eat at fashionable eateries and are pictured in the back pages of Hello! magazine with all the other double-barrell socialites.  Eventually, mummy and daddy find them a job or a husband and their life path is set.

You just explain it so well. Exactly my thought! Unfortunately there are very few cases of rich "kids" that really work despite all the money they have. The rest of socialities only want to be seen.  Crap

Which, for me anyway, puts to bed the notion that they are superior because of peerage, titles etc.  If they were so genetically loaded with the good stuff, why do they faff about doing nothing.  Is it that our savage world is no match for their intellect or are they really - as many of us suspect - numpties living off mum and dad (as Waity did).

I don't mind Cressida.  She seems harmless and fluffy enough.  But I don't think we can get too excited yet about her potential although if there is a charity for chicks with matted hair, she's up for the patronage.

This is how college students dress, but she is now 24. One thing for sure, she is the opposite of neat as a pin Kate. I don't mind that she is not a neat package, but she certainly is a sloppy mess. Can't Harry find someone who cares about how they look but is not obsessed with perfection? Apparently from the comments on gawker, the guys seem to think she's hot while the girls think she's a mess.

It's funny. Guys all say they like the no-fuss look. In my experience, that's a load of crap. Put an average looking blonde in overalls next to an average looking blonde in a dress. The one in the dress will get more attention. Guaranteed.

personally l find CB as interesting as a bowl of rice, under the blond she's just another Kate imo.. party till you marry, but make sure you marry well.
the one good thing l can say about her is we haven't seen her lady bits yet so welcome to the family CB!, your not naked or saying/doing racist things & that's good enough for me Jumping Laugh bounce

What is the benefit to Andrew and Fergie to push Cressida for Harry ,as has been speculated? And could this be the reason Andrew isnt invited ( if the report is true)?

I don't know about PA or Fergs being involved, I agree that it doesn't make sense. But as for Eug, she seems to be very close to Cressida (which I might add seems to be a newer thing? I don't remember seeing pictures of them together before the batman thing...) I know many a girl (or mama  Secret ) who push together a single male family member and friend because they always know best and all that or want someone to be officially apart of the family. I do think Eug is lobbying hard for Cressida, rather on her own will or on Cressie's behalf...

all I can say is if a gal pal/ family member started pushing prince Harry my way, I'd be like WTF, umm thanks but I'll wait around for Felipe, at least I know he's not a moron & the only uniforms he ever wore were legitimate.

I just said I had a gut feeling they were encouraging it. As for motive, Fergie is always on the lookout for getting back into the good graces of the BRF, so helping Harry along with this relationship is to her benefit politically. Her daughters are in line to the throne after Harry so what better way to return to the inner circle than to help this relationship along via Eugenie. Speculation on my part.

There has also been strong romours that Kate doesn't have the best relationship with the York Princesses.
They might be pushing Harry's relationship with Cressida in order to annoy Kate as she isn't exactly fond of Cressida's sister Isabella.
It will also give the two York girls a closer proximity to the throne in the future.

No I agree with you, just wondering out loud how it could benefit them  Thumb up
I hope just pissing off Kate isn't the whole reason though it would be a great ride for us!
Getting back into the inner circle actually makes a lot more sense, great thoughts!

I don't think they are all so bad because wasn't that the reason the orange one got dumped some duke's son? The family was really into charitable work and didn't want him to have any part (well, not the marrying part) of a party girl? But, yeah, I do think mostly they are nothing to write home about...

I also don't mind her and find her pretty harmless and fluffy  , but if she is still faffing around in another 6 months (now that she's done with school), or a year then I'll rethink that. I'd love to see her find some dance-related charity and do some work for that, or help find scholarships for dancers who can't afford school or whatever. Basically, I want her to put Waity to shame, even as a non-engaged royal girlfriend who may not even be a royal GF.

Hee hee...I'm evil because I DO hope that pissing off Waity IS the whole reason  Jumping  Actually, I think that what it is is that Eug fixed them up and is BFFs with CB and loves Harry so I think she just really really wants it to work out to show what a good matchmaker she is. You know when you set up two people you really like...you want it to work out  Thumb up

Kate and Cressy Forever
If the U.K. press is to be believed, then scrunchie-loving, overalls-sporting 24-year-old blonde pixie dancer nymph—a.k.a., the Harry Potter–ly named Cressida Bonas—will soon be Kate Middleton’s sister-in-law. Some call her the “anti-Kate,” but they’ve got more in common than you think.

.They Love Fancy-Dress Parties
.They Wear Side Braids
.They Can’t Get Over This One Thing
.They Like Weird Sports
.They Have Sisters with Good Hair
.They Have Brothers Who Sometimes Look Like Boyfriends
.They Go All Out for Concerts
.They Dated a Rich Guy with a Dad Name
.Their Girlfriends Are Famous

---------------------------
5 Reasons Why Prince Harry's Girlfriend Is Exactly What the Royal Family Needs
1. She's a Free Spirit: Cressy, as her friends call her, is the kind of girl you could find in the palace or the pub. Her own lineage is as
blue-blooded as it gets, plus as Princess Eugenie's lifelong BFF, she's already accustomed to the highfalutin formal affairs royals tend to partake in.
The 24-year-old blond beauty, however, can be found drinking out of plastic cups at music festivals, wearing crop tops and even sporting
scrunchies (which are staging a 2014 comeback, wait and see). As a source told E! News, she's really just a "cool girl."
2. She's Different Than Kate Middleton: Kate is great and universally beloved—that goes without saying. But Cressida is the type to let her
hair down—even when it's not perfectly blown-out and curled at the tips!  She's also wear sneakers rather than L.K. Bennett nude pumps,
sports feather earrings in lieu of diamonds and throws on overalls instead of a Ralph Lauren overcoat. Cressy is every bit as classy as Kate,
but she's a bit more dialed-down, relaxed and relatable (in appropriate circumstances, of course!) than the perfectly poised princess.
Long story short, they complement each other well.
3. She'll Be a Great Aunt: Prince Harry is undoubtedly the coolest uncle ever (Uncle James Middleton is a close second), but Prince George needs a
royal auntie, too! (Pippa Middleton is lovely, but while it's easy to forget, she is technically still a commoner.)  A former dance classmate of
Cressida's tells People she is "really sweet, easy to talk to and really funny." Sounds like she'd be great with kids—including (eventually) some of her own!
4. She Might Bring Some Drama: Not in the Mean Girls, tabloid-y way, of course. But Cressy has a theater background, and when she played
Desdemona in a university production of Othello, critics praised her "particularly strong" portrayal of the defiant character. She can also sing
and dance. Fun party guest, right?
5. She's Got the Princess Diana Factor: Diana truly was the people's princess—a relatable royal! She wore jeans before it was considered
a regal thing to do, took risks with her volunteer work, danced with the stars (long before that was an ABC show!) and essentially, added a
some sparkle to the fam. Cressy, who reportedly shares "a love of adventure, indie rock and late-night clubbing" with her future fiancé,
will be that same high-status yet totally down-to-earth royal the world falls in love with. Also, come on, Harry needs a girl who can keep up!
