It's truly an amazing album. You should check out some of their live performances of this album at youtube. Especially "Wanting Comes in Waves/Repaid." Shara Worden, who sings the part of the Queen, is an talented singer. I found on itunes a japanese singer called Aoi Teshima. She redid "What Is a Youth", the song from Franco Zefferilli's "Romeo and Juliet". It's hauntingly beautiful. |

I think I've exhausted Florence and the Machine and MGMT and was looking for some suggestions from you lovely Ladies!
This is a little late, but any time I hear Florence and the Machine I remember Marina and the Diamonds. Maybe because they are both British?  Anyway, I really like Marina's album, Florence and the Machine's not that much  I love this Röyksopp song, Happy Up Here, it makes me happy everytime I hear it: http://www.youtube.com/wa...18n2o&feature=related |
