For those RDers who live in a country with a royal family, in these recessionary times has the usual banter about the cost of a royal family increased, or even spurred with a bonafide movement in support of abolishing the monarchy?

If your particular royal family doesn't appear to have adopted any of their own austerity measures, how is this reported by the media?
