Well she surely hopes so, since I presume that is about the last great Marge event. I sincerely doubt that she'll get anything but a rubber band at the next coronation.   Can you just imagine? The next royal family order will feature miniature portraits of Mary  . Im sure Mares cant wait to see Danish royals wearing her picture  :star:Thanks Royal Observer! I should have known better. The Swedish girls have one of those miniature portraits and its of their father not their mother. Im sure that Mares probably wishes that the order could have her portrait but a stoned Freddles pic is very funny  . |

Or maybe when they do a deeply curtsy in front of her and grab her arm to steady themselves and stand up, Mosh will further pushed them back down so they'll have to do a double curtsy! Then again I will probably die of laughter when I get to witness the curtsey that Princess Maxima, consort to King WA or maybe accident prone but heavy MM will make to frail Mary. With any luck, Mary is the one flat on the floor..... OOPs  |

I think Marie does have the blue sash --she just hasn't had occasion to wear it yet. The order of the elephant is worn on its chain only at new years and when the queen requests it. At all other gala events, it is worn with the blue sash. In the formal photos, Mary put her elephant with the blue sash --perhaps she felt better wearing it that way. Perhaps Marie wanted to wear hers as the chain to avoid drawing attention to her growing belly by having a sash on.
Also, the next photo of the monarch will be Fred, not Mary. QEII wears the one of her father with her gala. The Swedish princesses also have one of their father. It's not given at the pleasure of the queen, but the monarch.
