Rica ederim! ("no problem" in Turkish  SmileyStar

I saw this wedding at TV. It was so low-key, not pompous like the others.

I agree.  Their wedding was very emotional and lovely.  I love this picture of Mette-Marit dancing with the king.

Having grown up in the States being exposed primarily to the BRF and the more scandalous exploits of the Grimaldis, H & MM's unusual story and wedding was what sparked my interest in European royalty.  I never would have guessed at that time how much I'd come to like her, but I just love how Norwegian she is, if that makes any sense.

Very true Nattie, she is so normal, yet has the dignity of a Princess.  They make a wonderful couple, complementing each other ( such a far cry from the goings on in Denmark).  MM is truly a lovely person.  Angel
