Pissed off MM leaves press meeting

Apparently MM got very offended when asked if she is pregnant. She turned on her Louboutins and left the press meeting immediately.

there has been a lot of pregnancy rumours around especially as she didn't go to Nik's wedding the reason that many speculated about was that she was pregnant, until she said she wasn't expecting. But although she has been asked this before imo she should not have acted this way

The article doesn't say, Clara. It only says that MM just opened a seminar and then there was a press meeting afterwards.

Could she have been pregnant but then suffered a miscarriage? Could explain why she is so upset. But on the other hand, I'm sure Haakon would have stayed home from the Greek wedding had she just had a miscarriage.

Maybe   But Haakon going to the wedding is strange then, they are not close family and no one would have questioned anything if he had not gone to the wedding

The Norwegian crown princess has apparently had enough of the speculation that she might be pregnant with her fourth child.

Recently , both Norwegian and foreign media speculate that a growing bulge on the royal stomach may contain a little now, prince or princess.

As a journalist from the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet in a news conference Monday directly asked Mette- Marit, if she is pregnant , it was too much for her.

She took the bouquet under the arm , whirled about to put States and left the prompt notification instead of protest .

Mette- Marit had just opened a seminar and asked then to press , but the meeting with the press ended so prematurely .

JMO but i'd be mad too, basically he's calling her FAT!  what woman (princess or not) wants that thrown in her face.  I would imagine she went to the press call to answer questions about the event not to be insulted and that is about as insulting as you can get.  not long ago i was with a friend and the sales lady, asked her when the baby was due and she was mortified and badly hurt, she cried in the car.  yes, she's overweight but to be insulted by a stranger (who didn't even mean to offend, she was just being friendly) was really emotional to her.  MM has always been more "normal" sized than the other CP, i don't think she's as obsessed with "looks" and weight as some of the others, and personally that's one of the things i like about her, not much pretension or airs of "perfection".  

i hadn't read about rumors of a miscarriage, i hope that's not true, i would hate for anybody to suffer that heartbreak.

Well, the emotional reaction could be her hormones raging because she is in fact pregnant...but from what I've seen of her, rude doesn't seem to be her style, so she may well have felt genuinely offended to the point where she had to get away.
