Close-up of her new necklace

Hmm, doesn't seem like any of the works from Europe's major jewelery houses, especially the French ones. Not particularly spectacular craftsmanship, I'd say.
For her wedding, Diana received way more regal jewels, which had larger stones and more traditional designs, despite her being a decade younger when they were gifted to her.
Perhaps it has something to do with her being married to the heir and her aristocratic roots.

Oh well, cheap looking jewellery suits Kate.  Whistle

don't forget:  kate is not a cp, and i think people forget about that.

Cute flowers connected with simple, modern design. Not working form me  Confused. Kate is almost 30 and should wear more 'adult' jewelery. Nice present, and I would probably wore it too, but there are so many prettier things.

Star It looks too childish for a 30 year old woman to wear.

Apparently it was a gift from somebody who raided the sales items at Claire's a family friend.

^

If I remember correctly it was part of a set. The bracelet and earrings were okay, it's just this necklace that's bothering me.

You can see the same style of flowers in the bracelet so I think they're from the same set. I'm not so sure about the earrings.

I thought you meant that it was part of the diamond bracelet and earrings she already has used, this one is another but we only have seen the bracelet and the necklace, the earrings I think were from the other set.

That necklace would look pretty and big enough to be worn as tiara ...

When will see Kate wear a tiara again?

When will see Kate wear a tiara again?

A state occasion - like the banquet held in November when the President of Turkey visited. That's assuming she's asked to participate.

Thanks Lolly. Just wondering, because I'm curious to which tiara she will use as her official debut as Catherine Cambridge. The wedding doesn't count IMO  Tongue

 Beer

The track record has been one tiara per wife, so it'll probably still be the Halo tiara. (Yeah, weddings don't really count, as every "royal" wife incl. Autumn and Zara get to use one.)
