Read it on some blog that the villa is finished but has not been sold in 18 months. WA and Max admitted they had stay in the villa during the World Cup. And the PM said the Crown pince will let him know when the villa is sold EVEN THOUGH the villa is not listed on the market.

Any Dutch can comfirm this?
Thanks

There seems to have been complete radio silence regarding the villa.  That probably means you are right...

I don't think laying low for a while and then quietly start using the villa will work though.

Stupid, everybody knows that all you need is a smoke screen business "associate" (watertight of course!!!) and it is not "theirs" anymore Whistle

I don't think that would work.  Then they would stay at a luxury house owned by somebody else and you get the sort of press that Victoria & Daniel had when they borrowed a private jet and yacht for their honeymoon.

Anyway, as far as I know Lex & Max bought land in Argentina.  They probably end up going there when they need the advantage of a Southern hemisphere season, and stay in their timeshare in Tuscany for the European season.

The rumor is growing out there Prive came out with the story a 2 or 3 weeks ago on front page. They said they will put the villa on sale next summer!! Well according to WA this one should be on sale long time ago. I guess he is not able to spell FOR SALE to write his ad!!
Like Fairy said I believe this villa will pass to a "new owner" who happens to be a long lost friend we never new about!!

I really like WA and Max, but saying you will sell it because of the sleepless nights and but it is not even on the market and Winx is right that the eventually new owner will be a long lost friend of WA. I lose a little trust and respect for them.

The "villa" was (is?) once listed by an expensive international realtor specialising in international "holiday homes" or something. I saw the add and must have it saved somewhere. But that is not saying anything. If you ask a high enough price, it's not going to be sold. So they can say they honestly tried their best but the place didn't sell, shed a few fake tears: presto! excellent excuse to keep on using the place. Personally, I was leaning towards the theory that they would sell it to friends or family and then keep on using the place anyway. Besides, whether they go to Mozambique or Argentinia, it is still ridiculous far away for a weekend holiday.
