Could I please point out that the photos above are not of Thatched House Lodge itself but are of the original thatched houses (2 of them knocked into one to created one home), from which Thatched House Lodge gets its name.
The house in the photos above is situated next to Thatched House Lodge and is more than likely used by the staff of Princess Alexandra or her security team.
Sorry, I just had to point that out.

Sorry to keep rabbiting on... but another member of the British Royal Family who almost never gets mentioned is the Earl of Harewood. He is another grandchild of King George V, like the Queen, Princess Alexandra, Duke of Kent, Duke of Gloucester and Prince Michael.
Although he is their cousin, as he is a grandchild in the female line (his mother was Princess Mary, the Princess Royal), he received no royal title, but is very close to his cousin and usually attends family occasions.
His home is Harewood House, situated in Yorkshire, it is the ancestral home of the Earls of Harewood, see the photos below.

Thank you, Tatty, for providing accurate info re Princess Alexxandra's home ; it is certainly more regal-looking than the one I posted. I think she is one of the hardest-working members of the BRF and the Queen relies on her a great deal.

Tatty, do you happen to have photos of Constantine and Anne Marie's house in London? I have the impression that's it's not at all of royal status, merely a nice large suburban home.

Hi editorathome,
Sorry i don't have any photos of their home in Hampstead but i'm lead to believe that it is merely a modest home, although Hampstead is an affluent area, so it wouldn't be a run of the mill house, but modest for an ex-king.
I hope you'll accept some consolation photos though.
Below are photos of the London home of Prince Ernst of Hanover, it's in South West London in a pretty exclusive area and i would imagine a house of that size and in that location (with what looks like a sizable garden for London) would fetch at least £15m

I think I could manage to cope with living there.

Or Pavlos & Marie-Chantal
They did a photo interview for Hello! a good few years ago, not sure if I would be able to find any photos. Needless to say it was a very large townhouse in Chelsea/Belgravia (can't remember where exactly other than the general area).
