I have gained some genuine respect for MC over the years. With the insanely immense wealth she was born into, she very easily could have become nothing more than a lady who lunches. But despite that, and her "crown princess" <ahem> status, she chose to be busy and productive---to work at a genuine career. Take that, Waity-Lazy! Also, MC seems like a real mother who is actually raising her own children. Impressive, IMO (and very different from Mosh).
ITA...all three of the Miller sisters have chosen to have a career when they could have easily done nothing but shop, lunch and party. MC has her clothing line, Alex has her furniture line and Pia has her documentary film company. Granted they have an enormous amount of priviledge with their father's money but I respect the fact that all three had the desire and drive to make something of their own.

I completely agree with everything-except the very last sentence. She has 4 nannies who each work a 6 hour shift so that she gets 24 HOUR NANNY HELP! But I have read that the kids are polite and well-mannered which is a helluva lot more than you can say for some Royal and Aristo children..... It's understandable that they would need help with childcare considering their schedules but having one nanny on duty and five kids ranging from 16 - 4, it's pretty easy to see that they would have to be hands on parents to a greater extent than most aristo parents.

Some women are just born to be moms, regardless of their social station. Marie-Chantal looks like one of those, and that she thoroughly enjoys every minute with her kids. I'm assuming she's now out of the baby-making business unless a little woopsie! change-of-life baby lurks somewhere off in the future.

.."every minute with her kids" (and their 4 nannies)
I hate those kind of pics they sell I fantasy no real woman who has a brain+works hard+and is a hands on mom will photographed like that MC like Mary is doing a fantasy shoot to sell a dream about her life not reality so people will believe that these women by themselves take care of the kids and home who are always polish and clean while looking amazing in designer couture and going to glam parties at night
all by themselves and they are amazing in everything
please give me a break

I don't have children, but I am currently wearing a couture gown while sitting here with my laptop, my kittehs and my dog I like to dress up while hanging around the house. This is a beautiful photo, but the concept is really ridiculous.

This reminds me of Joanna Lumley's Nile. I watched every minute with pleasure. She dressed so appropriately too. It was absolutely fabulous. It is off topic but ... Has anyone read her book? I've been meaning to. I love Marie-Chantal's kitchen.
