Lots of the things - and opinions - posted here would be and are considered offensive by many. If we started limiting what people can post, where would we stop? There are a few things we don't want on the board - and p0rn is among them - but again, in this case there's a relevance and plenty of warning about the link so there's that.

I have to defend Fred on that one .... this was from a news conference on his Australian visit. The opposition leader in his introduction and welcome speech to Fred got some facts wrong about Fred's times in a marathon or something like that, and Fred corrected him, tongue in cheek. It was actually quite funny, and I guess this action shows the joking manner it was delivered.

Disagree. Sticking out you tonge is just inappropriate, no matter how "jokingly" it was. I teach my kids not to stick out their tongues to anybody, not even in private to friends, because it´s just rude. That Fred did it during a public engagement / speech is even worse and shows just bad manners. I believe that he sees himself so above everyone and everything that he just doesn´t care what would be polite and what maybe not so much.
He can joke around as much as he wants to, the tongue belongs into the mouth. Full stop. It would have been clear enough that he´s joking.

That photograph could be one of the ones used for the sides of cigarette packaging - along with the caption - "The Queen of Denmark smokes".
The revelation and graphical image would deter would be smokers, I'm sure.
I hope Margrethe develops nothing more sinister than stains and recessed gums.
