Interesting comments from the locals, never mind the reporter has it all wrong. Mary has got shot of those tiresome Danish business people Laughing and is gung ho ready for celebrating with Aussie celebs. Lolipop

Seems to me the writer is making a hill out of a mole hole to sensationalize Mary for sales.
Well, that's not new.  Mary has been sensationalized endlessly for some time.
I would be surprised if she didn't walk on water and parted it afterwards before turning it into wine.

Perhaps 12 billion sums up the Danish treasury or the Danish debt.
It could be the cost of the palace renovation (a national building to which Mary is not entitled),
Fred's allowance before and after his marriage (of which Mary is only entitled to 5% of the last 7 years), etc.

If she is worth 12 billion to any nation ..... sell now ..... pay the debt ..... save yourself from future debt.

These are big assumptions (hopeful assumptions) made by the stall holder spruiking for business.
Mary and Fred are attending Alannah and Madeline Foundation engagements all day.
So I doubt that Mary and the twins will make it down today. (Saturday)
Whose to say that the family reunion will happen in Tasmania?
The Tassie visit, if there is one, might be very brief.
If I were the Danish visitors I'd be planning firstly for privacy and security and then chasing great weather.
I'd also be planning not to uproot the kids too many times.
They could be staying for most of the holiday in any obscure hideaway anywhere from Metung to Albany; Merimbula to Byron Bay.

Unfortunately, Cloaked, Mary doesn't think like you.

On previous visits, she's dashed out to buy nappies, stood by windows at her sisters, opened front doors to talk to the press.  And the rest.

History always repeats. This holiday will be anything but private.

I think I've seen about 3 pictures of Fred with a smile on his face that wasn't forced.
