I think Mary always looks much better "natural" than heavily made up, prepared for the cameras. And I think a look like this is much more age appropriate too - young and fresh, not tired and cautious.  |

Barrie, you must be reading my mind with the pics you posted!
I've been a long time looker and am only a day-old poster, so allow me this regarding Mary's shoes.
What shoes does Mary actually wear when she isn't on public display? Because whether it's formal heels, running shoes or casuals (ie: what appears to be classic red Tods) she seems to have a relatively small collection (save for about 4 recent Loubiton purchases) of shoes that she's hung on to for years that appear to have minimal wear.
I've noticed the same with clothing as well - kudos for recycling, but she seems to be in a perpetual state of wearing the same pieces she first introduced in the days following her engagement and shortly after her marriage.
