I don't think I have EVER seen a picture, where Andrea does not have a cigarette in his hand or mouth. Holy cow, that dude has been smoking since he was 15. I hope he has not permanently damaged his lungs. And how totally inappropriate to smoke around his pregnant friend, has he not heard of second hand smoke?

I sincerely hope the Andrea never has to officially represent Monaco. Duty is not his strong suit.
I'm hoping that Charlene, by whatever means, can have a baby with Albert.

Apparently not, since the loving mama-to-be was herself photographed with a cigarette dangling from her lips not so long ago. That poor baby...one can only hope and pray that he/she is born with an intact respiratory system after this crappy start in life from it's self centered parents.

I WONDER... Since Andrea and Tatiana are not getting married before the January birth of their first child, that means: 1. Andrea does not expect to rule after Albert, or else he would take steps to ensure his first child is born in wedlock and within the Catholic Church, thus ensuring it is his legitimate heir. This is a strong sign Charlene and Albert will/are trying to have children. 2. They know it's a girl and so, whatever. Only sons count dynastically in Monoco, so no hurry. Get married and then have the boy heir next time.

I brought up this issue before, and apparently Andrea's child can still inherit the Throne even if he/she is born out of wedlock especially since the parents are going to be married later anyway. As far as the baby's status within the Church, he/she will be a member of the Roman Catholic Church as long as it's baptized which I am certain the infant will indeed be. The Pope can also legitimize the baby later on-in special cases-even if the parents never marry as was done with Caroline's children by Stefano Casiraghi. John Paul II legitimized them a couple of years after Stefano's death. Caroline had very much wanted her first marriage to Junot annulled so she could marry Stefano in Church and and legitimize their children, and sadly Stefano died before this could take place. It's always such a mess in Monaco. Someday a Grimaldi will fall in love, get married and have a family without any of the usual complications and scandals and hassles....and the world will come to an end!

I can only assume they are waiting so long to get married because the attorneys are drawing up the Mother of all prenuptial agreements. Andrea - heir presumptive to Monaco throne Tatiana - grandfather's net worth in 2011 - 8.4 billion dollars; carrying third in line to throne

Stephanies´children are also legitimate heirs, and they were not born in a Catholic marriage. It has not to do with religion in Monaco, but with being a children of a legitimate marriage, born before or after the wedding.

girls count in monaco. they just come after the boys: caroline is next in line to the throne and so are her daughters, who come after their brothers. then stephanie and her son and oldest daughter. her youngest is not in line since her parents were never married.

Where are you folks reading that it's a girl? I read over at TRF that it's definitely a boy.
