It still weirds me out how much George & Sophie look like brother & sister but aside from that they are a cute couple and I agree that they appear to be a love match. The peach dress though looks awful! It would be cute if it fit her properly but the top is a mess.

Pretty!

Well the German president doesn't look good. He is being eaten alive by the german press. Depending how much more he can take, Germany might have a new president by spring time....

Fairy, you're probably right, it can't take too long. He probably won't make it until spring...

Thanks Miss W for the picture of GF's father. He seemed to be hot in some way... Star

Birthday Party for Frederick the Great.

One comment (google translate):

Mr. Dorgerloh (the guy with glasses and dark hair) who sits here as an admirer of Frederick posing tried to rob as head of the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin and Potsdam, the citizens of pleasure, to visit their parks free.Seinem suggestion of Mr. Dorgerloh, entrance fees to parks demand can not accede to it. Dorgerloh ultimately made statement, "Our gardens are finally no national parks," shows the elitist attitude with which the Foundation for Prussian Palaces and Gardens since their takeover by Mr. Dorgerloh assaults on citizens' property. However, our castle gardens are public parks. You are this democratic society from the feudal system come about. To have fallen to their privileges of the aristocracy who have made their products accessible and usable for citizens to have abolished the nobility, these are accomplishments of which you can be proud of, because they have cost including human life. Entrance fee is an unfair, double burden of the citizen who finally with his tax money already paid the SPSG for the parks and open for him properly to keep and provide a partial restoration of feudal states. For who is this admission can afford and want and who is not? The well-heeled Berlin / Potsdam, visitors and the middle class citizens will gladly pay for the illusion, so the separate, neat 'from, disorderly' audience. Who will not come, however, that the elderly, single parents who rely on social assistance. The visit will be the simply can not afford. The idea that one steals there that the variety also belong to the audience that you see here is not so happy, certainly not without justification. Someone who sees his task as public and as representing Mr. Dorgerloh should not draw a salary from public funds and not from the policy of the State of Brandenburg supports are Dr. Michael Esser Berlin

Hm... Thinking They celebrate Fredericks birthday, because he is one of the greatest Germans (in their opinion, for me he was just a little, bitter, womenhating warmonger), and they can´t ignore Freds descendants IMO.

good on HER to try to help out!

German Princess Maja von Hohenzollern, ambassador and spokeswoman for the European Animal and Nature Protection Group (ETN), carries a stray dog in a veterinary clinic in Kiev February 7, 2012.

ETN and animal rights campaigners are trying to bring attention to the culling of stray dogs as part of efforts to prepare Ukrainian cities for the EURO 2012 soccer championship.
