The neckless reminds me of a bunch of small easter eggs. Perhaps as 1 April was also the second day of Eastern.  Wink

Maybe that´s Marge´s version of Mary´s testicle brooch...

April 3
Daisy & Dame welcomed citizens at Fredensborg Palace with torchlight.
Queen Margrethe kept a fire speech and announced that spring had come when she and Prince Consort tradition embraced the local citizens at Fredensborg Palace on the occasion of the royal couple moved to their summer residence.

Hundreds of people showed up with lighted torches on an icy April evening, and at 21:00 opened the front doors of the palace, and the Queen and Prince Henrik came out in the company of their fresh dachshunds Helike and Querida.

After the Queen's beautiful voice to the many guests was over, was sung the national anthem and shouted a nifoldigt cheers for the Queen and the fatherland, and then waved royal couple farewell to the many guests at the palace square and then went inside in the heat.

Frederick citizens left the palace after having been helped to extinguish the many torches of the local fire brigade, who stood ready with filled water buckets to extinguish the fires.

Thanks PeDe for the pictures! Star
I didn't know they have such tradition! I find it fascinating!
For me, if many people arrived in my place with a lot of torches, I would run for my life!

Considering how bundled up Daisy was, it looks like spring has yet to arrive in Scandinavia.

Debbiedeb: I bow in admiration: the clownprincely couple indeed is a happy Anglerfish couple... Poor Freddles is being absorbed which of course makes him a tad uncomfy and is most apparent by his looking like shit. And Mary, boy yes she certainly has that brilliantly illuminated spine on hr back
