When the Royal Family twitter tweets something like:

Quote
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this evening visited the Chelsea Flower Show of the Royal Horticultural Society in the Gardens of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, London SW3.
COURT CIRCULAR || 20 MAY 2019

But it's not in the online court circular on the Royals' website, does this mean it is or isn't counted by the CC?  Thinking

If you've seen this through a Twitter feed it is probably from some royal watcher who is subscriber to one of the newspapers which carries the CC. The visit would count as an entry in the CC. Tim O'Donovan who tallies the annual engagements in his letter The Times uses the printed version.

The online version is terrible!
