Haakon visited the former Falstad prison camp in Trøndelag.

The German security police established Falstad as a prison camp for political prisoners in 1941. More than 4200 prisoners were imprisoned here during World War II. The Falstad Centre camp is now a museum, a memorial and Norway’s national centre for human rights.

The room here reminds me a lot of Vic and Dan's reception (living?) Room at Haga. Two opposing sofas and similar bookshelves.

I can just see MM and Vic sharing interior design ideas on pinterest to each other!

He's very hippy for a man. It's definitely time for new suits. It's hard when your body changes in ways you don't want or like to remember that a bigger size will actually make you look slimmer because it fits you better. Haakon seems to enjoy being well dressed without being over the top.

I think he would be hippy if he was heavier -  his shoulders are still wider than his hips. I agree that the ill fitting jacket makes him look odd though.

Praise for Haakon for his work in 2020, from rather royal friendly NRK:
https://www.nrk.no/ytring...ert-helt-konge-1.15293678

In 2020 he has had to do most of the royal work alone because his parents and wife are high risk, he came close to 400 engagements/meetings (smal and big, real life and virtual).
His behaviour and shileding of the children i Ari Behns funeral is highlighted.
Standing in for the King on several ocasion including opening of Stortinget.
He seems confident and happy in public and knows where to draw the line between private and public, even when he has to answer about his sisters shaman, or his wife meeting with Epstein.
Sverre Magnus confirmation was arranged "like  everyone else" and no special royal permissions during covid.

Well, that's nice.  Give credit where credit is due.   I hope, when their time comes for duties, Ingrid Alexandra and Sverre Magnus won't be slackoffs.

If he undertakes engagements nearly alone and meets all kind of people, and his wife and parents are high-risk, does this mean he has to keep a distance from his family? That's tough. He seems to be a nice guy, and I'll ignore his sloppy dress sense because he seems to do a lot for others.
