Marie's style is average but what I like about her is that its all her. As with all of us, her style has morphed as she has matured but I think she basically buys what she would even if she were not a "Princess". She hasn't changed who she is because of a title and she's not using her clothes to recreate herself, unlike her SIL.

I third this.  Marie is basic but she's sincere and, compared to Cruella, it's just nice to see her.

Princess Marie is a woman who is happy to vary her outerwear and especially coats, which she has many. Unlike Crown Princess Mary, who recycles his coats in style, shows Marie often in a new model. ....seriously, we have to send them Yrma's coat collection...these idiots  Ranting Real mad Ranting

I donīt know if Danish journalists read RD or not, but in case they do it, it would be good to open a thread with all the recycled outfits from Marie. Iīm not good at it (I have looked superficially for it and couldnīt find anything  Blush)

well first of all, we don't see photos of all her events in detail, as we see it from Yrma, but let's see if we can put something together. And if there is an article in BB in the coming weeks of Yrma - the recycling queen - we know they are amongst us

Linus of Luxembourg has the same white coat with black trim.  She wore it in a recent official photo.

I think it is her step-father and her mother who have some money. Not sure; but her father lives in an apartment - not that big I think.
Marieīs mother has a lot of class and good taste in decorating - you can see that looking at her and looking at her castle hotel. Unfortunately Bonbon did not inherit her motherīs sense of stlyle. More often than not, she misses the goal.

IIRC her father comes from old money. I guess he's the type who doesn't need to show his wealth. Both her parents seem very classy to me. I like Marie's coats - they're better than so much of the rest of her clothes IMO. Most of them quite classic.
I love almost all of her coats. And hats too.
