That's sad, because it sounds to have been a "last chance to say farewell"-visit.

I really hope everything runs well with her father....it must be really tough for her to be so far away from Argentina these days  Blush
It seems Maxima dropped her lip gloss when she was exiting the car the other day

You don't go for just some hours to Argentina, comon on ! She's not the Queen, Wax is the King of Netherlands, he could work without her as long as she needed to stay away.

I'm sorry he's very ill, and Max is far away.

I also wondered about the very short time for such a far away visit, however, if you are a good traveller and able to sleep on a plane, then a first class bed with all the luxury is not that bad. Also she would not have been long enough in BA to suffer from jet lag, so basically it was just a long weekend. I know lots of people that spend long hours on the road having to go and see their aging parents over the weekends and while it is draining it can be done and is usually done without fanfare. I am sorry for her future loss, but again, that is something that all of us have to face sooner or later. In a way it is commendable that she didn't let it interfere with her job, considering it is totally private, but I am sure nobody would have reprimanded her for staying a little longer to enjoy what little time there might be left.
