I can't figure that out either Thinking It does sound mostly like a farming thing, but since they mention there's a small castle, I'd think it also belong to the estate Confused

Even if the said small castle is habitable that doesn't mean that it is available in which to stay.
It could be occupied by the manager or an employee or another partner in the French rice enterprise.
It is interesting, Maria, to hear about this rice farm.  Hmmm ...

Who knows.

It's still strange to me though, that Freddles and Mary have bought a house in France, when they know they'll be given Cayx. It could be an investment sure, but since they've got red numbers, it seems a bit strange to invest in more property to me Thinking

Yes, a bit strange.  Huh?
Does anyone know for sure where it is?
Could it be attached to the Vineyard property at Cayx - perhaps extra accommodation?? extra fields??
Maybe the house forms part of a property portfolio and will be repaired and sold for profit??
What is known about the house?

They haven´t bought a house in France Smiley. It was some lame story from Her&Nu, that turned out to be just another story Roll Eyes

BB: Six-month-old Princess Athena is a real charmer who smiles all the time.

That she showed when she was on holiday in France with her parents, Princess Marie and Prince Joachim, who love to holiday in France, and their four children also.

However, only six months old Athena, who is with her parents when IMAGE-Blade met the Prince and Princess at the Royal Couple's wine castle Cayx, where they are on holiday and enjoying the sun. Princess Athena was completely unaffected by the heat and very trusting and curious about strangers. She sat on the arm of her mother wearing a flowered bøllehat and matching summer dress that revealed beautiful, well-fed baby arms and legs and wearing a big charming smile.

As we greeted her and said her name, she smiled even more and waved happily her arms and legs, while her little tongue flew back and forth in her mouth, because she is getting teeth.
- Yes, she is a happy little one, said Prince Joachim and added fondly
- She is really content. She can easily be determined, and that is fine, but she's just incredibly happy, easy, and calm. She actually has been, from the beginning, said the prince and looked quite enamored of his little daughter, whose easy disposition, he praised to the skies
- Yes, she is very happy, she always smiles. From morning to evening, it's so nice, said Princess Marie, who could get the little princess to laugh just by she just looking at her - and vice versa.

The chemistry and the closeness, the loving relationship between mother and daughter is not to be mistaken.

I thought Joachim bought his own house in France - just after we were told Frederik would get Cayx Thinking And now Freddles has bought a house in France - why, when he'll get Cayx? And Joachim is at Cayx.. Blink Crazy

Joachim & Marie's house at the Cote d'Azur in France - a villa in Montauroux

The villa is just a five minute drive from the hilltop village Montauroux and less than 25 minutes from the Mediterranean. Montauroux is one of five medieval villages in the area, and is located just north of the Esterel National Park. The villa is close driving distance to the four other mountain towns: Fayence, Callian, Seillan and Tourette's. With just a 45 minute drive from Nice airport and 25 minutes from Cannes and St. Tropez, the villa is ideally placed, if you want to explore the culture, the nature and mood of the the Provençe.

On the other side of the valley only 10-15 minutes away is the exclusive Golf Resort - Terre Blence. The 36-hole golf course is a part of Europe Tours 2012, while the spa area on the corresponding Hôtel Four Seasons has been voted the world's best by Condé Nast Traveller. The villa is also in close driving distance to several good restaurants - including two with a Michelin star.

The area is a wonderful combination of beautiful scenery, charming hilltop villages and Southern French sentiment in Nice and Cannes.

For the life of me - I don't understand why Marge and Henri don't give Caix to M and J. M&F have never seemed into that place - and they will have a million palaces in Denmark anyway and probably buy a house in Oz. I think Marie and Jokke deserve Caix.

Actually F&M don't own any property (other than anything they may have snuck under the radar outside denmark). J & M own their farm.

They will probably inherit Marselisborg which will then be their private property. What I meant was that they will have access to many castles in Denmark. Amalienborg, Fredensborg, Marselisborg, Gråsten, Trend. M&F only have Schackenborg.

Cayx

It is truly a shame that Freddy & the Icon will get this beautiful and profitable Chateau.............neither Freddy or the icon give a damn and will bleed it dry
Whereas Joacchim,Marie and their four kides LOVE it and would know how to manage this beautiful estate

Maybe, Henrik will have a change of heart....but I doubt it..............its always been earmarked (like everything else) for the Golden Child
