Miss W - we will definitely watch from the start because my hubby (British!) doesn't like spoilers like me so only wants to watch the whole thing. He's so excited, it's cute   Banana

I wish Kate would take a cue from Michelle.  Both are very tall, both have their hands folded in front of them.  However Michelle looks approachable and friendly, while Kate looks stiff and wooden  Relax a bit girl, breath (without grinning).

Geez, how tall is Mary?  I always thought she was short, but Charlene and her seem the same height and Char is tall, non?

Edit:  Is Char wearing a lace onesie???   Nerves

I agree - they both look like they've been up all night partying.  I bet Fred is just out of shot with a beer in his hand.

I expected Kate in her power color: red.  Or at least white or navy.  Union jack and all.  But nope she wore gray (maybe ice-ice blue).

But glad to see Michelle & Char in white, Mary & Mette-Marit in red, and the Queen in blue.

In the picture with Cha Cha, it looks like Mosh has had work done around the eyes, cheeks and an overall lift on the face.

I think I'll do a side-by-side to show how much surgery this chick has had over the years.  She's morphing into Sylvia.

Looks like Kate ate something that disagreed with her.  Sad

The Queen must have seen the jeggings during the torch montage:

Does anyone know who Willy and Waity are sitting next to?

Looking forward to seeing the other royals in the stand some time.  I hope Queenie has gone back inside while all that dance music etc is on  Wink

Just saw the torch coming up the Thames - I think our coverage is about 30 mins behind, but that's ok.  It's just nice to watch a London event without being up in the middle of the night for a change (it's brunch time here).

It's good to see British culture represented across the social spectrum - one day when they have moved beyond monarchy it will be even better.  Love the Queen, but - the institution?  Not so much.  It produces people like Willy and Waity... and I have seen more skinny jeans with heels or wedges than I ever needed to.
