One of my nieces turned 18 last month and she's graduating in the same manner - she's really disappointed because all the milestones attached to this achievement are off limits...

My youngest brother and two of my younger cousins were supposed to graduate college this month, and two others from high school. It was going to be a busy graduation season for our family, and I really feel for these kids having to miss that experience.

Not to downplay the disappointment and I feel for the kids - itís something theyíve anticipated for a long time.  However, in the long run, this will be something that can shape their character and how they live their lives, what they do with their lives, if they use the opportunity.  The most challenging times can create much good for them (and the rest of us) down the road.

I think our  kids have grown up a lot.  Talking on the phone  to my  form  delegate a few days ago  I  said: "What a pity, you can't have your graduation ceremony" and he, a 17-year-old young man, answered: " Never mind, teach! There are  more important things to care about  these days."

Congratulations, Eloise! Well-done!

Apparently there were several negative reactions to the news on Instagram. Eloise did a neat response.

About the wat Eloise obtained her diploma. Which IMO wasn't very different from other kids in these Corona time. Due to the Corona there is a.o. no Central Final Examination.
