We know that some "commoner" women married into royalty have middle names too.

We have
Catherine Elizabeth Middleton;
Mary Elizabeth Donaldson;
Marie Agathe Odile Cavallier;
Alexandra Christina Manley;
Sofia Kristina Hellqvist:
Mathilde Marie Christine Ghislaine d'Udekem d'Acoz;
Stephanie Marie Claudine Christine de Lannoy;

What about
Letizia Ortiz Rocasolano, Maxima Zorreguieta Cerruti and Mette-Marit Tjessem H°iby ?
Do they have middle names?
I know that Catholics tend to have more middle names and Letizia and Maxima are from Catholic families.

Felipe Frolian de Marichalar, the nephew of King Felipe VI of Sweden, has an interesting middle name of Froilán.  Is Froilán after a specific relative?

Felipe Juan Froilán de Todos los Santos of Marichalar and Borbón is the elder child and only son of Infanta Elena, Duchess of Lugo, and Jaime de Marichalar.

Felipe: in honor of his maternal uncle, King Felipe VI of Spain
Juan: in honor of his maternal great-grandfather, Juan, Count of Barcelona
Froilán: in honor of Saint Froilán de León, the patron saint of the Galician city, Lugo
de Todos los Santos: "of all the saints" (one of King Felipe VI's middle names)

Although he is generally known by the press as Froilán, in the family and with friends he is called Pipe.

It has been said that he does not like being referred to as Froilán and wants to be labeled as Felipe or Pipe.
