The tiara is the only thing from that ensemble that should ever see the light of day again. She looks like she  already had the eating disorder. I never heard that Charles insulted the bride at the reception. What is the story? Charles and Grandfather Spencer are the only adults appearing to be happy.

It was at Charles Spencer's 30th birthday party where he insulted Victoria, not his wedding reception. Blush My bad!
Charles referred to his father's remark that he should 'stick with Victoria through thick and thin.' He joked to guests 'Those of you who know Victoria know that she's thick- and she certainly is thin.'

The bride looks not a day over fifteen. And sacrificed. Well apparently not every bride is beaming, but since Victoria went into the marriage on her very own, she should at least not look like a lamb to be slaughtered.

Victoria has suffered from bulimia, alcoholism and drug addiction. I don't know if the troubles already started at that point, but it still might explain why she didn't seem like a happy woman.

UGGGHHH. Had he been my husband, and made that remark, he would have had every meal he ever had thereafter dosed with laxatives. He would have FAR less time to be 'funny' while having projectile diarrhea.

@ Cathy Jane
Emily McCorquodale and The Hon. Eleanor Fellowes, and  Hon. Alexander Fellowes .
Diana and Lurve...
But, but Charles ... aged 24-next love of my life
Bodyguard, married men, bunny boiler territory, Hasmat Khan leaves her,two weeks later expose children to new lover...
Hog the limelight with celebs from Michel Jackson, to Jimmy Saville.
No one questioning a woman hitting her father, pushing her stepmother down stairs, pin needles in nanny's seats...tantrums...
If she would start today she would be done faster than MeAgain. Mental health? Sure, millions have the problems, without delusions of grandeur, entitlements and lack of introspection.
Post Mortem martyrdom, a horrible case.
Humanitarian:
"I got nothing better to do.."
Her USA /Hollywood dreams/stardom cravings wouldn't work today-thankfully.Still the damage is done, now Wills and Charles must follow the public demand for Saint Diana.
How easy releasing CCTV footage of her antics would be, the real Diana. It would backfire of course.

Another avid reader over here. Unfortunately I am limited space wise, but still having a lot of books present at my home. And I can also enjoy a good library  Hug
