I remember it looked like she had a nose job after Henrik's birth, but it just turned out that - during pregnancy - her nose changes shape incredibly and then goes back to 'normal'. Never seen anything like it. |

It's not really that Joachim's face looks so old, it's that his head of dark, chestnut brown hair looks bizarre paired with the face of a 40-something man, who enjoys working outdoors.
If he would STOP dying his hair dark brown and let some natural grey make its way into his hair, he would look a lot less bizarre.

Agree with Cara: there are a lot of things that can make a nice difference without having to go under the knife. After all she is still quite young.
Plus standing next to the cryptkeeper automatically makes you look fabulously pretty. Just as standing next to Mary immediately makes you look professional and classy.

Couldn't have said it better.  Joachim's chin looks pretty awful, too. I feel sorry for their kids. Marie's and Joachim's genes combined, we could be looking at the return of the "Habsburg jaw". God have mercy on us all. |

I don't think Marie has had any work done. She is not insecure like Mary. The pregnancies changed her facial features and her body. Joachim looks scary though. He does not look well at all. His face is extremely pale and his teeth are awful too. I guess being a chain smoker will do that. He looks like he is not eating anything. Alltogether, he does not look healthy.
