I don't see why she needed plastic surgery in the first place, she's a "beautiful woman". However, it wouldn't surprise me at all if she's had a couple of fillings. Boob job? I think not.

No need to go in overnight for a botox fix. Dito for any other non-surgical skin or face treatments.
Usually the court, if caught admits some spa weekend. And seriously who would begrudge a young mother a fun spa weekend with a couple of girl-friends? So no need to go to the hospital stay conspiracy.
Since this however wasn't a facial treatment, and she was in over night, I presume there was a little more to it.
A tummy tuck or a breast augmentation isn't however done over night.
HOnestly I could imagine there was some gyn problem: a lot of women experience problems with their menstruation after giving birth, a D&C would be a probable procedure. It is usually an outpatient surgery, however with royalty... and she looks somewhat miserable enough for that on the picture.

^^ That was my thought as well. Marie was out and about too soon for an obvious surgery like a tummy tuck or getting bigger tatas. Maybe she had her tubes tied since she has a boy and girl now.

I agree with tiger they might kept her overnight not due to the procedure but cause she is VIP
