The emeralds would be stunning on her. She's been lent the Greville Festoon diamond necklace, so I don't know why she did't get this set. Cams does have a emerald necklace from the Saudi's - but this is much better IMHO. |

 The center of the chocker is a sapphire brooch of Queen Mary (who else) given by HM as a wedding present. I was wondering why this hadn't been given to Kate with the rest of the sapphires. Then I noticed it was worn with the revenge dress on the night Charles gave his TV interview. This may not see the light of day until William is King. |

More information I cannot find as yet. According to Karma Chameleon it may have belonged to Alexandria at one time. |
