Prince Harry always struck me as being none too bright. The present Duke by contrast, is intelligent, educated and has a lovely wife, and their 3 children seem well adjusted by all accounts. Prince George, later Duke of Kent, was by far the most intelligent of king George's sons, although his rumoured drug use and various affairs with both sexes seem to put that intelligence into question. I believe, his was arranged marriage (to Princess Marina) too. Not sure though.
