May 1Countess Alexandra's husband partied at Hotel d'Angleterre
After a two year hiatus due to a thorough renovation Copenhagen's crown jewel of a hotel - Hotel d'Angleterre on Kongens Nytorv - reopened on Wednesday afternoon, where friends were invited inside to see the result of craftsmen and interior architects work.
All the invited guests were deeply impressed by the hotel's new expression, and one of the many VIP names that had come and enjoyed the experience with a glass of champagne in the hand, was Countess Alexandra's husband Martin Jorgensen. He arrived without his better half and instead was joined by a good friend.
Among the other many profiles for the opening reception was former Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen and Mrs Solrun, Susanne and Peter Heering, Anne Fabricius-Bjerre and Tivoli director Lars Liebst. All guest arrival at the hotel was fine, accompanied by the Royal Life Guards, which also featured an exclusive mini concert in front of the invited audience d'Angleterre Palm Garden.
