Not sure if the relationship is still on, maybe she or he finished it.
Constantinos is now in a realtionship with a model, who also isn't divorced yet from her husband. Never heard of her but American members will probably know her, Brooks Nader. They were seen together at a society marriage in Rhode Island.
Looks like they are living a very liberal jetset life not caring whether their partners are still married or no.

She might not be interested in his food and he himself might not eat all that butter himself, because he is kind of thin too.
I have a feeling that MO is not interested in a serious relationship, at least not presently. She is almost everyday on some kind of society event, or vacationing in Ibiza, or again in New York. What a restless life!
