Pavlos was at Mani today, March 17th.

Our Independence is officialy celebrated in March 25th but, in Mani, they celebrate it abit earlier as it's historically known that Maniates (people of Mani) swore to fight for our liberation in March 17th, 1821.

Pavlos was there as a guest. East Mani's mayor specifically told "Believing that here we are Greeks only, everyone has the right to believe whatever they want, I do believe that titles don't die and follow the person in their whole life. So I welcome Prince Pavlos".
People broke out to a massive applause.

There's a video in the link above where it seems that people were particularly warm to Pavlos.

He was present in to the church for the religious ceremony but he also attended the reenactement of the oath.

Pavlos himself said that it was a gift for him to be there and a special honour to be with them. He also said that homeland is everything to him and religion and homeland is what keeps us together.

They haven't upload anything yet into their website.

He's walking a thin line. Praise can make you vulnerable if that's all you hear. I am not convinced he is as adept as he may need to be in these particular circumstances.

Legal procedures have been started for the mayor who called Pavlos "prince", as the Greek constitution doesn't recognise titles.

Yes, Peri, I agree that he's in an awkward position and, yes, I do believe he's surrounded mostly by "yes-sir" people.

The Greek royal family's problem is that they are surrounded entirely by a self-selected group of staunch royalists. The danger inherent in this is that it will lead them to think they enjoy more support than they actually do.

Pavlos was asked about the mayor who called him "Prince".

"I had a wonderful time in Mani. The mayor had invited me before but I couldn't be there. His hospitality was very very good and the people were very welcoming. Wherever I went, the restaurants, the hotel, everything was very beautiful. I know an issue came up and the truth is that it's clear my name is Pavlos De Grece. We're in anew phase. We're getting used to it and you too will have to get used to it, so this happened and it will pass [probably meaning it wont happen again]. We don't want to insult anyone nor creating any issue, so the only thing I can say is that I had a great time. I hope there wont come up any issue again and that we can continue our life here".

I think he was very kind and I assume he may be under pressure regarding the name - especially the moment the mayor called him prince and highness... because he had to be polite since he was his quest but he also knew there will be backlash.

whell...you know those who ignore the lessons of history are apt to repeat it.

Yesterday, March 25th was Greece's Independence day and Achi had a story with a painting and a greek flag emo - I don't think any of the kids have posted before anything relating to our national day. Pavlos and Nik always, but the kids... I cannot remember at all.

Pavlos, MC and some of the boys (no Olympia, no Tino) celebrated Easter at Hamptons.

Pavlos is in Greece a lot these days. So if they didn't buy, they're at least renting.

They mentioned an apartment or condo across from a statue at the south end of the former royal gardens near the Swedish embassy. I don't know if it is a purchase or rental but of course Mrs. De Grece has the money to buy. They have an IG photo of them on the balcony from a little while ago.

Yes they have an apartment near the Presidential Mansion. I think it is close to Anne-Marie's apartment, certainly in the same part of town. They are loaded enough to afford a residence, not having one would cause more problems than buying something to say the head of the former RF of Greece has a residence in the country.
