The skirt is from Heartmade, fall/winter collection 2006:


Mary wore it on November 7, 2006, when she  attended a Heart Association Research Conference.

I think the skirt looks better on Mary. Somehow I like the black pantyhose with it. Vicky's seems a tiny bit too short to me.

me neither, both skirts look like curtain remnants on those ladies. The model at least makes it look like a nice skirt...
